Ascot Vale Support Group – * New Night for 2023
The Ascot Vale Anxiety Support Group is a place for those experiencing Generalised Anxiety to come together and discuss challenges, self-help ideas, and coping strategies. The group is generally not structured, with participants sharing and discussing their own topics. Our friendly facilitators are on hand to keep the group running smoothly.
Date: 3rd Monday of the Month
Time: 7pm-8.30pm
Venue: Ascot Vale Neighbourhood House. Corner of Union Road and Munro Street, Ascot Vale.
