Library

The Anxiety Recovery Centre library is located at our new offices: Suite 1.05, 171 Union Road, Surrey Hills.

The library has a range of books, CDs, DVDs on the various Anxiety Disorders such as OCD, trichotillomania, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, anxiety in children and other related topics.

ARCVic Members are eligible to borrow from over 400 titles available.

People are welcome to come in and have a browse, cuppa and enjoy the library. We also have a large range of information leaflets including symptoms, treatment options and research articles from well known mental health professionals and universities.

My experiencing as a support group facilitator has been extremely
rewarding. I can see the benefits the groups provide our participants when they
return each session with things to share, and many say that they are just
grateful to have a safe space to connect with people going through similar
things. Some participants have also expressed that in Victoria they cannot
access support groups similar to those that ARCVic provides (e.g. for body
dysmorphia), so they are grateful that ARCVic allows them to share on these
