Men’s Trauma Support Group
The Men’s Trauma Support Group is dedicated to supporting men with lived experiences of trauma. It offers a safe, confidential space for participants to discuss challenges, self-help ideas, and coping strategies. The group is led by friendly, trained male volunteers who guide the smooth running of each meeting. Participants are welcome to share and discuss their own topics.
Date: 4th Monday of the month. This will be our final group meeting for the year. The support Group will resume in February 2025 if there is enough interest.
Time: 6.30pm-8.00pm
