Welcome to ARCVic’s Counselling Service
Anxiety presents itself in many ways for all of us. It sometimes can be debilitating and an obstacle to living the life you want and can impact on family/carers and friends. At ARCVic the counselling service is a safe space for you or affected others (family/carers) to explore issues that are impacting you. The counsellor will provide hope and support that anxiety does not have to be a life sentence. Together we can explore new ways of being to improve your mental health & wellbeing.

Fees:
Full Fee: $ 130
ARCVic Member: $110
Cancellation Policy
24 hour notice is required for any cancellation, otherwise you will incur the session fee.
