Women’s Trauma Support Group (in-person)
Our in-person Women’s Trauma Support Group aims to provide an opportunity for those who identify as female to come together as trauma survivors to support one another. It operates on the same principles of safety, respect and understanding as all our support groups and will be facilitated by trained volunteers. The group provides an opportunity for participants to discuss challenges, self-help ideas, and coping strategies.
Date: 4th Wednesday of each month
Time: 5:00pm-6:30pm
