Trichotillomania & Dermotillomania Support Group B

The Trichotillomania (hair-pulling) and Dermotillomania (skin-picking) Support Group provides a safe, confidential space for individuals experiencing trichotillomania and dermotillomania to connect with and support each other. This group provides an opportunity for participants to discuss challenges, self-help ideas, and coping strategies. The group is generally not structured, with participants sharing and discussing their own topics. The group facilitators may run short activities during the group.

Venue: Online via Zoom (Participants may choose the name they wish to use during group meetings)
