Trichotillomania & Dermotillomania Support Group A

The Trichotillomania (hair-pulling) and Dermotillomania (skin-picking) Support Group provides a safe, confidential space for individuals experiencing trichotillomania and dermotillomania to connect with and support each other. This group provides an opportunity for participants to discuss challenges, self-help ideas, and coping strategies. The group is generally not structured, with participants sharing and discussing their own topics. The group facilitators may run short activities during the group.

Date: 2nd Sunday of the month (except Labour Day long weekend & Mother’s Day)

Time: 11am -12pm (AEST)

Venue: Online using Zoom (Participants can choose a name they wish to be known by during meetings)
