Ringwood Anxiety Support Group
The Ringwood Anxiety Support Group is a place for those experiencing Generalised Anxiety to come together and discuss challenges, self-help ideas, and coping strategies. The group is generally not structured, with participants sharing and discussing their own topics. Our friendly facilitators are on hand to keep the group running smoothly.
Date: 2nd Thursday of each month.
Time: 6.00pm-7.30pm
Venue: REALM, Meeting Room 3, Level 2, Realm – 179 Maroondah Hwy Ringwood (Across from Ringwood station).
