Deer Park Anxiety Support Group
The Deer Park Anxiety Support Group is a place for those experiencing Generalised Anxiety or any anxiety condition to come together and discuss challenges, self-help ideas, and coping strategies. The group is generally not structured, with participants sharing and discussing their own topics. Our friendly facilitators are on hand to keep the group running smoothly.
Date: 2nd Wednesday of each month
Time: 6pm-7.30pm
Venue: CommUnity+ Neighbourhood House, 822 Ballarat Rd, Deer Park 3023. Note: As the doors are locked after 5pm, please ring the doorbell to enter through the front door located on Ballarat Road. Once inside, the room is located through the community hub room and to the left. Free parking is available at the backside of the building.
