Bentleigh Social Group

The Bentleigh Social Group is an evolution of one of our longest running in-person support groups – the Bentleigh Anxiety Support Group. The social group offers attendees the opportunity to socialise with people who understand anxiety. Join us for a chat over a cuppa and a biscuit or bring along a favourite board game or pack of cards to play.

There is no planned structure for the social group, only some basic ground rules for everyone’s safety and comfort. Our volunteers are there to enjoy your company and keep things running smoothly.
