Bentleigh Anxiety Support Group
The Bentleigh Anxiety Support Group is a place for those experiencing Generalised Anxiety to come together and discuss challenges, self-help ideas, and coping strategies. The group is generally not structured, with participants sharing and discussing their own topics. Our friendly facilitators are on hand to keep the group running smoothly.
This will be our final group meeting for the year. The support Group will resume on 10th February 2025
Date: 2nd Monday of each month.
Time: 7pm-8.30pm
Venue: Godfrey Street Community House, 9 Godfrey Street, Bentleigh.
