Bentleigh Anxiety Support Group
The Bentleigh Anxiety Support Group is a place for those experiencing Generalised Anxiety to come together and discuss challenges, self-help ideas, and coping strategies. The group is generally not structured, with participants sharing and discussing their own topics. Our friendly facilitators are on hand to keep the group running smoothly.
Date: Normally the 2nd Monday of each month. This session has been requested due to a public holiday on March 11th
Time: 7pm-8.30pm
Venue: Godfrey Street Community House, 9 Godfrey Street, Bentleigh.
