SUMMARY:Women's Trauma Support Group A
DESCRIPTION:The Women's Trauma Support Group provides a safe\, confidenti
 al space for women with lived experiences of trauma to connect with and su
 pport each other. This group provides an opportunity for participants to d
 iscuss challenges\, self-help ideas\, and coping strategies. The group is 
 generally not structured\, with participants sharing and discussing their 
 own topics. Our friendly volunteers are on hand to keep the group running
  smoothly. Sometimes\, the group facilitators will run a short mindfulnes
 s or grounding activity at the end of the group.\n\nDate: 1st Wednesday
  of the month\nTime: 7pm-8pm\nVenue: Online via Zoom (participants can ch
 oose a name they wish to go by during meetings)
