SUMMARY:Multicultural Anxiety Support Group
DESCRIPTION:The Multicultural Anxiety Support Group provides an inclusive a
 nd confidential space for people of varying ethnic and cultural background
 s who experience persistent anxiety. Regular meetings seek to foster conne
 ction and confidence by providing participants with the opportunity to dis
 cuss challenges\, self-help ideas\, and coping strategies. Groups are gene
 rally not structured\, with participants sharing and discussing their own 
 topics. Our friendly volunteers are on hand to keep the group running smoo
 thly.\n\nDate: 1st Monday of each Month\nTime: 6pm-7:30pm (AEST)\nVenue: O
 nline using Zoom\n\nNOTE: To ensure everyone feels safe\, we ask that came
 ras remain on throughout the meeting. We recommend logging in at least 5 m
