DESCRIPTION:The Carers/Parents Anxiety Support Group is intended to provide
  a dedicated space for carers/parents to come together to share their thou
 ghts and feelings\, challenges and rewards. It offers people currently in 
 a caring role the opportunity to connect with others in this position in a
  private and confidential space. Guided by experienced facilitators\, part
 icipants can explore a topic of choice\, express their own anxieties and/o
 r hopes for the future.\n\nDate: 2nd Monday of each month (except Public h
 olidays)\nTime: 7:30pm-8:30pm (AEST)\nVenue: Online using Zoom
