SUMMARY:Body Dysmorphic Support Group A
DESCRIPTION:The Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD) is a place for those expe
 riencing BDD to come together and discuss challenges\, self-help ideas\, a
 nd coping strategies. The group is generally not structured\, with partici
 pants sharing and discussing their own topics. Our friendly facilitators 
 are on hand to keep the group running smoothly.\n\nDate:2nd Thursday of th
 e Month\nTime: 7pm-8.30pm\nVenue: Online (using Zoom)\n\nNOTE: For safet
 y reasons participants will be required to have their camera on (facilitat
 ors need to see participants). For personal comfort you may choose not to 
 have your zoom view show yourself. Please ask our friendly facilitators if
  you require information on how to do this in the session.
