SUMMARY:Body Dysmorphic Disorder Support Group B
DESCRIPTION:The Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD) is a place for those expe
 riencing BDD to come together and discuss challenges\, self-help ideas\, a
 nd coping strategies. The group is generally not structured\, with partici
 pants sharing and discussing their own topics. Our friendly facilitators 
 are on hand to keep the group running smoothly.\n\nDate: 4th Thursday of t
 he Month\nTime: 7pm-8pm\nVenue: Online (using zoom) or dial in by phone\
 n\nNOTE: This is our only online support group that allows participants to
  dial into the meeting either directly by phone (no screen necessary) or u
 sing the zoom link without their camera on. If using zoom\, participants c
 an also opt to turn off self-view (i.e.\, others can see you but you can't
  see yourself) or to keep their camera off altogether. Please ask our frie
 ndly facilitators if you require information on these options.\n\nWe ask t
 hat participants respect the private and confidential nature of support gr
 oups during a meeting. Please only join if you have a private\, safe space
  available\, and please always use a headset or earphones.
